Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jeonju District Court on December 13, 2006, and a fine of four million won for the same crime in the above court on June 28, 2010.

On January 25, 2015, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven a car with C Sti-type at a section of about 110 km from the Jinjin-gu B Housing Parking Lot in the Daejeon Metropolitan City to the flownife Gungdong Gung-gu, Seojin-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, with a alcohol level of 0.146%.
