Punishment of the crime

On September 2019, the Defendant laid down 20 gress and 12 gress in the victim C’s dry field located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, on the ground that the crops planted on the neighboring Defendant’s land due to the trees planted therein cannot receive sunlight from the sunlight. As a saw, the Defendant laid down 12gs of the total market price of the 18-year pine trees planted on the victim’s land as a saw area equivalent to 22,400,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
