1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that engages in the business of manufacturing semiconductor equipment parts in the building of a reinforced concrete sloping roof structure (hereinafter “Plaintiff factory”) in Gwangju City D-si.

2. The plaintiff's primary assertion is that the defendants' mutual negligence competes with each other, and the fire of this case occurred and burning, so the defendants are liable to compensate for the plaintiff's damage as joint tortfeasor.

Preliminaryly, the fire of this case occurred due to the defect in the construction or preservation of the factory of this case, which is a structure, and the defendants are liable for damages to the plaintiff as the possessor or owner of the factory of this case.
