A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. A defendant who violated the Automobile Management Act, committed unlawful use of air, unlawful use of air defense, use of air defense, use of air, and violation of the Automobile Management Act, was in custody of the defendant's house located in South and South west-gun on May 2017 without returning it.
