A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act and the unlawful use of official marks in the Defendant’s house located in Sungsung-gun C, 2015, purchased tampers with no registration number plate attached from the name influor who operated the selling company, and used B-wheeled vehicle registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of arbitrarily attaching B-wheeled vehicle registration number plate under the name of network D that had been in possession, to the above tampers.

2. From the date specified in paragraph (1) to August 10:5, 2017, the Defendant exercised a car registration number plate, which is an air hosing machine, operated by the above franchise, and used unlawfully by operating the above franchise at the location of the “F gas station” Mos E, such as a road.

3. On August 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) operated the said B franchises without obtaining a license from the section of about 7 km from the section of the 7 km to the road of the “F gas station” in the same Gun E from Gosung-gun to the same Gun.

1. A fine for a crime of violation of the Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) on the selective road, and a crime of violation of the Automobile Management Act;
