Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2017, the Defendants were sentenced to one year of suspended sentence for Defendant A due to special larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on December 14, 2017, two years of suspended sentence for Defendant B, two years of suspended sentence for Defendant B, one year and four years of suspended sentence for Defendant C, two years of suspended sentence for one year of imprisonment, and two years of suspended sentence for Defendant C, which became final and conclusive on December 22, 2017.

1. Special larceny by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. On January 26, 2018, the Defendants: (a) around 14:00 on January 26, 2018, at the construction site of a building located in F on March 26, 2018; (b) on front of the victim G-owned H inspection vehicle located in F at the construction site of the building located in F; (c) Defendant A reported the network; and (d) Defendant B opened the front door of the foregoing vehicle that is not corrected and taken cash of KRW 2.50,00 (10,000 won) in front of the vehicle.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. On February 2, 2018, the Defendants: (a) committed one-time crime on February 2, 2018, around 03:23, 2018; (b) on February 2, 2018, in front of a victim K-owned Lwit vehicle located in the front of the “J” as of March 2, 2018; (c) Defendant A reported the network; and (d) Defendant B opened the top door of the foregoing vehicle that is not corrected and took up approximately KRW 2.50,000 in cash in that vehicle ( approximately KRW 15,100 Won, KRW 100,000).

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

On February 2, 2018, the Defendants committed the crime on February 2, 2018, at around 04:00 on February 2, 2018, and around 04:00, the Defendant B reported the network, and Defendant A opened the front door of the foregoing vehicle that was not corrected, and took approximately KRW 20,000 (50,00,000) in cash in that vehicle.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

On February 2, 2018, the Defendants committed the three-time crime on February 2, 2018 were parked on the victim R owned by the victim R, which was parked in front of Q Q as of February 2, 2018, and Defendant B reported the network.
