1. The Plaintiff:

2) As to the land of this case, the Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership preservation on June 28, 1996 with the receipt number 29767 of Suwon District Court, Sungwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch of Gwangju District Court. After that, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale as of March 10, 2016 with the receipt number 19157 on March 18, 2016. (c) The Plaintiff’s assistant L, who is the Plaintiff’s assistant in inheritance, died on December 11, 1929 and succeeded to the registration of ownership transfer for the reason of sale as of March 10, 2016. M died on August 16, 1985, and was jointly inherited by the Plaintiff, A, N,O, P, who is his child.
