1. According to the records on May 11, 2013, the Defendant entered each real estate in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, as of October 24, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 30, 1965 with respect to the total sum of 738 square meters in Yangju-gun, including the change of ownership of 240 square meters in Dong Government-si, the Plaintiff’s father Dong E (F birth, the death on May 2, 2004). On May 17, 1993, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 17, 1993 with respect to the portion of the above real estate, which was 240 square meters in the name of the Plaintiff, for the reason of the donation made on May 12, 1993.
B. The G land of Yangju-gun was divided into H 143 square meters, I 169 square meters, J 200 square meters prior to the Korean War, and cadastral records were destroyed due to the Korean War, and cadastral records were restored to each of the above parcels on March 20, 1961.
(after that, around April 1980, the administrative district has been changed from Kri-ri to Lri-ri-si of the Government in the Yangju-gun. (C)
1) On September 2, 1981, M&M 143 square meters was divided into 321 square meters and 152 square meters in the Gu-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, Dong-si. The above M-M 321 square meters was divided into 134 square meters in M-M 134 square meters and 187 square meters in an O-M 1321 square meters in respect of the above M-M 321 square meters in the name of the Republic of Korea on November 1, 1993. 2) The Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Government of the Republic of Korea, P, Q, and R for the registration of preservation of ownership on the pertinent P-M 1329 square meters in the Gu-si, and the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff for the registration of preservation of ownership on the pertinent P-M 1329 square meters in the Gu-si P-si’s share and the pertinent registration of preservation of ownership on the pertinent P-M 182 square meters in the P-si.
The Republic of Korea appealed against the above judgment as the District Court No. 2011Na20646, but was sentenced to dismissal by the above court on May 25, 2012.
3 In accordance with the above judgment, the defendant shall be M in subrogation of P, Q, and R on October 30, 2010.
