1. Details of the disposition;

A. On September 18, 2017, the Plaintiff was admitted to the Busan detention center for committing a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and was released on September 10, 2018 after the term of punishment expires.

B. On November 16, 2017, according to the resolution of the Busan Detention House Disciplinary Committee, the Plaintiff was subject to disciplinary action of 30 days by the Defendant pursuant to Article 107 subparag. 1 and 5 of the Administration and Treatment of Correctional Institution Inmates Act (hereinafter “Punishment Execution Act”) and Article 215 subparag. 1 and 2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Punishment Execution Act (hereinafter “instant disposition”), and the execution of the said disposition was completed on December 6, 2017.
