1. The plaintiff's part of the claim for confirmation as to the part exceeding 800 shares among the lawsuit against the defendant C shall be dismissed.

2. The plaintiff.

Reasons

(b) held 5,739 shares, H 2,947 shares, and I had held 3,50 shares;
