[Defendant AP and Defendant Q] Defendants shall be punished by respective fines of KRW 5 million.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, “2016 Highest 2030 [Defendant Q and Defendant EK], mainly from taxi drivers, entices taxi drivers at night by breaking the mobile phone light at night, and referring to purchasing the lost mobile phone between customers.”
1. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1.20,000 won for a long cell phone in so far as he/she acquired 1.2 million won, even though he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was a stolen, in the case of a gallon gallon, the market value of the eP taxi engineer’s embezzlement from the EPO convenience store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
The Defendant, including this, acquired stolens over two occasions from the above day to October 24, 2015, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (1).
2. On October 27, 2015, around 22:03, Defendant Q Q acquired stolen goods by purchasing one unit of S6 portable phone at KRW 80,000,000, when he/she knew of the fact that the victim EV owned market value he/she embezzled from the EU on the front of the “ETS restaurant” located in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.
The Defendant, including this, acquired stolens over 12 times from October 21, 2015 to October 28, 2015, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 1.
The Defendant “2016 Highest 2425” (Defendant EK) solicits taxi drivers, etc. to see the mobile phone light on the road at night, and then purchases the lost mobile phone, etc. from them.
1. On August 20, 2015, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won for a gallon 3 mobilephones with knowledge of the fact that the market value of the victim EY owned by EW taxi workers embark-20 housing 698-20 on a alleyway, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen property.
2. The Defendant, around October 5, 2015, embezzled from the FA of the EZ taxi engineer on the alleyway, at around 23:50, a house in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
