1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 36,729,00 and 6% per annum from December 22, 2016 to April 25, 2017.

According to the facts stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, there is no dispute between the parties, or according to the plaintiff is engaged in the sales business of the joint board, etc., the defendants are engaged in the business of selling the joint board. The defendants are married couple. The plaintiff supplied the defendant B with goods equivalent to 36,729,00 won, such as joint board and furniture, and joint union member, from July 2016 to August 2016, the plaintiff supplied the defendant B with goods equivalent to 36,729,000 won. The defendant Eul agreed to pay the above goods to the plaintiff on October 17, 2016 by three equal installments until January 30, 2017. Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above goods price of 36,729,000 won and delayed payment damages calculated by the plaintiff from the date following the record that the original copy of the payment order sought by the plaintiff was served on the defendants, and the defendant Eul agreed to pay the above goods price of 2015% per annum.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
