A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Injury) in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on September 13, 2013, and two years of suspension of execution for a period of one year and six months

9.24. The judgment became final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at around 05:50 on June 5, 2015, while drunkly working in the D District of the Seongbuk-gu Sungnam Police Station D District in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance in the above earth area for about 25 minutes, such as “I would bring coffee, why E would be why you would see, why you would see, how you would see, and how you see, how you will see, and how you will walk the entrance of the above earth.”
