A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) on the two-lane roads in front of the Iju Savings Bank located in Cheongju-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, on the ground that the victim C (55 years old) who is a taxi engineer he/she boarded was not in the direction of his/her own desire.
Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
2. The Defendant interfered with business by: (a) the date, time, place, and two-lanes among four-lanes for the foregoing reasons, and (b) the victim’s two-lanes stopped in the signal route; (c) the victim’s two-lanes are extracted from the two-lanes; and (d) refused to return them to the victim; and (e) prevented the victim from driving the said taxi for about 30 minutes, thereby obstructing the victim’s business from driving the said taxi by force.
