A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Suwon District Court’s Eunpyeong site on October 2, 2015. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant was a person whose sentence was invalidated by a special amnesty on August 15, 2016.

The defendant is a holder of Bknife car, and no person shall operate a passenger car which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 20:10 on July 13, 2016, the Defendant operated a car with car free from the mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, and operated approximately 25 kilometers in front of the 47-ro 8-ro in Pyeongtaek-si in front of the 47-ro in Pyeongtaek-si on the road in front of the 47-ro in Pyeongtaek-si.
