A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant is not allowed to operate a motor vehicle on the road on which the mandatory insurance was not subscribed to by the owner of the motor vehicle under the Automobile Accident Compensation Guarantee Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

A. On June 11, 2016, at around 18:30, the Defendant operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 37 km from the front side of the Southern Maston-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, to the front side of the Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-do, Chungcheongnam-do., the Defendant operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. On June 12, 2016, at around 10:30, the Defendant operated a car without obtaining a motor vehicle driver’s license from the front side of the Pyeongtaek-si Cheong-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Pyeongtaek-do, 457-6, to the front side of the Dong-gu, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 771, in the same city.

2. Around 10:30 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a CH car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.077 percent from the 23km away from the road front of the Pyeongtaek-si Cheong-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Pyeongtaek-do, the Cheong-si, the Cheongju-do, the Cheong-si, the Cheong-si, the Cheong-si, the Don-si, the 771 Sin-si, the Don-si, the Don-si, the Don-si, the Don-si, the Don-si.

3. On June 12, 2016, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) requested a police officer, who was a police officer, to stop from E and F, a police officer, who was a police officer assigned to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station D police box to stop at the scene, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license on the road in front of the Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sin-si, Mapo-si, which was in front of the driver’s license, while driving the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; and (b) requested a police officer to stop from E and F, a police officer assigned to the scene.
