The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (legal scenarios and mistake of facts) is not insulting the victim by specifying it, and the expression of the defendant merely violates social rules by informing the victim of his ability to abuse the Sewol ferry in a political way, and by doing an act in order to cause the awareness of society to eliminate the factors detrimental to national unity.

2. The lower court rejected the Defendant’s assertion that the illegality of the instant facts charged against the Defendant constitutes an act of recognizing the fact of insulting the victim by specifying the victim, and of not violating the social rules, on the grounds as stated in detail in the said judgment.

In full view of the photographs used in the article of this case and the contents of the judgment of the court below as a whole, the contents of the judgment of the court below are justifiable, and there is no error of law affecting the conclusion of the judgment by misunderstanding facts or misunderstanding of legal principles as to a legitimate act.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
