1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for four months;

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, from February 2012 to April 14, 2017, serving as a staff member of the Council of the Victim Co., Ltd., the victim of LPA from around 14, 2017, and was engaged in the business of transporting gas to the business entity for which the contract with the victim was entered into.

A. B. From June 17, 2016 to July 25, 2016, the Defendant charged the ELP gas to be delivered from the injured party to the J’s customers to the 5 tons of LJ and kept it for the injured party. On the same day, the Defendant decided to sell ELP gas 700 cm to the ELP gas storage tank Co., Ltd., Ltd. located in N in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and embezzled the gas five times from June 17, 2016 to April 14, 2017, the Defendant arbitrarily disposed of the ELP gas storage tank and embezzled it to the 31st of the 31st of the 41st of the 31st of the 4th of the 4th of the 4th of the 4th of the 2016th of the 4th of the 196th of the 2017.
