Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected by going to the election of the head of the Suhyup Cooperatives, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

No one shall visit an elector door to door or gather at a specific place for an election campaign.

Nevertheless, on March 9, 2015, from around 18:00 to 18:30, the Defendant visited D's house, the electoral elector, and requested D to provide support to B's member by visiting D's house at the same time. The reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground of sentencing of Article 334(1) reveals that the fairness of the election, which is the core value, has been impaired due to the instant crime, and the election of the president of the cooperative is relatively small, and the Defendant was elected to the president of the cooperative, and it is impossible to readily conclude that the instant crime did not have an effect on the election result, and therefore, the quality of the instant crime is not good.

However, although the defendant has a criminal record of a fine, there is no same record, the defendant reflects his/her sexuality, and the age, character and conduct, environment of the defendant, and the motive and background leading to the crime of this case.
