Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ goods at least twice as follows:

At around 23:40 on February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D in the influence of alcohol within the subway line 1 subway line that he operated in the vicinity of Seoul Station; and (b) cut off the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim in other victim’s money inside the mouth of the victim’s front line; and (c) cut off the mobile phone equivalent to KRW 110,000 at the market price with the national bank’s physical card in the front line of the subway line that he operated in the vicinity of Seoul Station.

B. At around 00:10 on February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C who was under the influence of alcohol within the subway line from the subway line, which was in operation of the subway station near the Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Norms and Vibration Nos. 00:10; and (b) cut off the victim’s market price, which was in the victim’s possession of the victim’s loss caused by negligence of surveillance around his/her hand, one galth (Evidence No. 1) and one galth (Evidence No. 2) of the national bank card located in the above mobile phone case.

2. On February 27, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased one set of “F convenience store” located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) used a stolen body cream card by presenting a stolen body cream card to the victim, as in the preceding paragraph, and (c) provided one set of 300 won per market price by deceiving the victim.

In addition, from that time to February 27, 2015, the Defendant is in the name of C five times in total, as described in the annexed crime list, from that time by February 27, 2015.
