Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of five hundred thousand won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:40 on August 5, 2013, Defendant A, in front of the Defendant’s house located in Thailand E, he took a bath while taking a dispute with the victim B (the age of 56) and the gardening boundary, and went beyond the victim’s arms by hand while taking a bath. Defendant A, in both hands, was inflicted on the victim, on the part of the victim, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Defendant B, while intending to have a dispute with another person on the same date and time as in the preceding paragraph, and at a place as in the preceding paragraph, committed assault by brushing the victim A (the age of 67) by breath, and booming the victim’s face two times by hand.
