A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E (22 3,00) around Busan Jung-gu, Busan, on October 22 and 23, 2015; (b) followed the victim to drive away from the F lending route in Busan, Jung-gu; and (c) prevented the victim from getting out of the victim’s own left hand after the victim’s back to the victim’s chest and boat; and (d) continuously committed an indecent act by force against the victim by force.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On October 10, 2015, at around 22:45, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim I (15 years of age, n) who returned to the Republic of Korea in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) caused the victim to drive 100 meters away from the K in the middle-gu, Busan, Jung-gu; (c) turned down the victim’s right growth behind the victim’s back to the end of the K in the middle-gu, Busan; and (d) committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim, who was a juvenile, by forcing him/her to go off the victim’s left side buckbucks; and (e) by forcing him/her to go off the victim’s half.

B. On December 18, 12. 23:40 of the same year, the Defendant discovered that he returned home in front of the M church located in Busan Dong-gu L, Busan, and caused the victim N (18 taxes, n) to have left hand after the victim's own damage to prevent the victim from suffering from the victim's hand, put the victim into the victim's buck, and met the victim's buckbucks, and forced the juvenile victim to commit an indecent act.
