Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and was released from Daejeon Correctional Institution on February 21, 2014, and eight other persons of the same kind.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 10, 2014, from around 10:13 to around 10:32 of the same day, the Defendant was in a victim D (n, 75 years old), located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, for the purpose of theft of money and valuables, and infringed upon the victim’s residence by shouldering the inner glass window and entering the house with an insular means.

2. The Defendant attempted to larceny, in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, committed an intrusion upon the said victim’s residence by the said method, and returned to the inside bank, the ward, etc., and attempted to steal money and valuables, but failed to discover.
