A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2020, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol on May 21, 2020, was found to have gone through 400 meters following the above victim's second floor through the joint entrance door of the first floor of the E-multihousehold 2336 on the same day, and went into the second floor through the outside stairs of the victim's room and went into the second floor outside the window of the victim's room.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the above victim's residence.

2. On May 21, 2020, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained cash 100,000 won; (b) identification cards; (c) credit cards; and (d) physical cards; and (c) did not take necessary procedures such as returning to the above victim; and (d) did so on his own idea, he did not take necessary procedures.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the above victim.
