1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

Basic Facts

A. On October 21, 1996, the deceased M shall sell the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on behalf of KJ (hereinafter “the instant clan”) as KRW 20 million and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the instant real estate on October 22, 1996.

Among the registration-related documents, a clan resolution that the clan of this case delegates all the issue of selling the real estate of this case to the deceased M who is the representative of the clan at the time of June 25, 1996 is attached.

B. In around 1997, the deceased M succeeded to the deceased M’s property by Defendant G, the wife of the deceased M, Defendant H, I, and J, the respective 2/9 shares of the deceased M.

C. On April 4, 2000, Q, R, S, and T have completed the registration of transfer on the part of 1/5 shares of each of the above real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 as to the alteration of the right to the instant real estate. Q has completed the registration of transfer on the part of 1/5 shares of each of the above real estate on March 30, 200. On July 14, 2009, Q has completed the registration of transfer on the part of 1/5 shares owned by S on June 1, 2009. 2) The above real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4 in the separate sheet No. 4 was divided into 1,026 square meters prior to Gyeonggi-gun-gun, Gyeonggi-do on April 2, 2003, and 1,027 square meters prior to V.

W and X completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 5, 199 with respect to 1/2 shares of each of the above U U land on March 11, 199, and Y completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 5, 199, Y on December 26, 2002, Y completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 17, 2002 with respect to 1/2 shares in W, and Z completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 17, 2002 with respect to 1/2 shares in the above land.

Afterward, AA completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 6, 2006 with respect to the above land on February 28, 2006.

3. On April 4, 200, Q, R, S, and T shall complete the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on March 30, 200 with respect to each of the above real estates on April 4, 200.

AB on March 15, 2006, with respect to 1/5 shares owned by N among the above real estate.
