The motion of this case is dismissed.
Purport of application
On March 22, 2017, when the respondent filed an application on March 22, 2017, the suspension of duty for one-year certified tax accountant shall be suspended until the Seoul High Court 2018Nu6434 applied for the revocation of suspension of duty.
Reasons
Even according to the explanatory materials submitted by the applicant, it is not sufficient to recognize that the execution of the disposition stated in the purport of the application may cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant due to the execution of the disposition, or that there is an urgent need to suspend its effect to prevent it, and there is no other evidence
Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is without merit and so decided as per Disposition.
