A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 22, 2014 to June 3, 2015, the Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of "C (D from May 15, 2015 to "D") 104 Dong 512, 1103, and 1302, Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office Btel 104, 103, and 1302. The Defendant provided the said business establishment with facilities, such as beds and shower rooms, as female employees, and hired E, etc. as female employees at each of the said business establishment. The Defendant received 80,000 to 120,000 won per time from male customers such as F, and had female employees provide sexual intercourse with male guests, and 50,000 to 80,000 won per time among the sexual traffic payments received as above, and gained profits of 130,200,000 won per total from female employees.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
