Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a captain who has overall responsibility for the operation and fishing activities of C (6 persons on board, 35 tons, wooden ships, excursion ships, and hermen), which is a vessel of single-dong and single-dong vessels in China, and is a foreigner of Chinese nationality.
