Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2016, around 19:54, the Defendant driven a BM5 car without the driver’s license from the Do in front of the mountain basin within 462 to the third-distance road of the 138-ray Busan High School from the Do in front of the 138-ray of the same Gu.
