Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person whose driver’s license is under suspension from April 1, 2018 to May 20, 2018.

Nevertheless, on May 18, 2018, the Defendant driven a 3 km car at a distance of about 138 km from the front corner of the Handong apartment located in the Gu of Ansan-si to the front corner of the same Gu and 138 in the same Do-day street.
