Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant deceiving the victims, received property, and used the lost credit card.
3. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around 00:30 on December 15, 2018, in mind, at G located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, intended to take the 1 balance of coffee and to pay 5,500 won purchase price by suggesting the credit card acquired, as described in paragraph (1), as his/her credit card, to the victim’s name, who is his/her employee, by taking advantage of the same way as that of his/her credit card. However, the Defendant attempted to pay 5,500 won.
