The reasons for the conclusion of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning this case are as follows: "the first instance court" in the second page of the judgment of the court of first instance in the front of "the closure of pleadings" in the second page of the judgment of the court of first instance; "the conditions of capture" in the front of "1.01" in the 7th page 9; "the other conditions" in the front of "1.00" in the 13th page of the 13th page; "the other conditions" in the 5th page 16, 7th page 2, 11th page 1, and 12; "the court" in the 7th page 3, and 4th page 12 as "the first instance court"; "0.95 of the 7th page 3, and "0.95" in the 19th page 6th page 9 as "the width"; and "the 18th page 16th judgment" in the 13th page 13 as it refers to the judgment of the judgment of first instance.

2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
