A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

An application for compensation by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highly 4952" is a relationship between the victim C(43 years of age) and D(40 years of age) and the victims are born later.

There is a fact that the Defendant had decided to sell a heavy vehicle to the pro-friendly E of the victim C through the second trading site F, and did not deliver a vehicle after receiving a total of KRW 11 million.

On February 9, 2018, the Defendant, around 11:10 on February 9, 2018, had the victim C in front of Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and due to the sale of middle and high vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and damaged the victim C's property.

B. The Defendant continues to engage in a special assault.

At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), the victim D, who was on board the vehicle with the victim C, was committing the above victim by driving the NAs vehicle in front of the NAs vehicle driven by the defendant as it is, and assaulting the victim by shocking the damages of the victim with the left part of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim D.

Around July 2, 2018, the Defendant, “2019No2067,” posted a notice on the Internet F bulletin stating “sale of a mixed fish code car” on the Defendant’s residence located in the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. On July 2, 2018, the Defendant posted a false notice to the effect that “on deposit of money, sell a vehicle” to the Victim L who reported it.
