Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea as industrial trainee on May 17, 2005, and left the Republic of Korea on September 21, 2007. Defendant A, who was unable to re-entry the Republic of Korea by normal means, had a passport with false personal information entered the Republic of Korea. Defendant A was issued with an identification card and a passport with the date of birth stated as D at the agency having jurisdiction over his place of residence in Indonesia on October 2010, with which the date of birth was issued at the agency having jurisdiction over his place of residence in Indonesia, and acquired the visa of the Republic of Korea using it.

On September 5, 2011, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea by presenting a false passport and visa issued to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport entry inspection team.

B. On October 28, 2011, the Defendant filed for alien registration at the Suwon Immigration Office located half of the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the public official in charge of alien registration presented the above passport and his photograph, etc. to the said public official.

In this way, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties by fraudulent means.

2. Around July 25, 2002, Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea as an industrial trainee on or around July 2005, and left Korea on or around July 20, 2005. In normal ways, Defendant B, who was unable to re-enter the Republic of Korea, was willing to enter the Republic of Korea with a passport stating his personal information by falsity. Around July 201, Defendant B received an identification card and passport stating his name and date of birth as “E and F” from the competent authority over his residence in Indonesia, and acquired a visa in the Republic of Korea using it.

On October 12, 2011, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea by presenting a passport and visa issued by the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport entry inspection team.

B. The Defendant is in charge of alien registration at the Suwon Immigration Office around December 7, 201.
