A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
around February 2003, the Defendant issued industrial finance bonds, gold-day, 9910.03A, : October 01, 1999; the date of issuance: October 26, 1999; the date of redemption: October 26, 2002; the date of sale: 7.220% per annum; the rate of sale: 73,013,95; this claim is issued on the condition that the back is stated under the Depositor Protection Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Korea Development Bank Act. The deposit is limited to the end of 200 years under the Depositor Protection Act. The deposit was stated as the Governor of the Korea Development Bank; the bond certificates of KRW 100,000 under the name of the Governor of the Korea Development Bank (the bond certificates of KRW 035725,250-37, 30305-37, 305-737, 37039-37,7537,7937
When the Defendant urged D to pay KRW 100,000 to pay for the debt of KRW 100,000, the Defendant had expressed the intent to deliver forged industrial finance bonds to D for the purpose of securing D.
At around 15:00 on February 10, 2012, the Defendant, at the F Co., Ltd. office located in the fourth floor in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant: (a) issued ten copies of the 100 million won industrial finance bonds (a bond number: 0353725 x 003734 x 003734 x), which are securities in the name of the president of the Korea Development Bank that was forged, as if they were actually issued, and exercised them as security for the existing obligation.
B. At around 14:00 on February 22, 2012, the Defendant, who was aware of the forgery at the place indicated in paragraph (a), exercised 100 million won industrial finance bonds (the bond number: 00353779gs to 003783gs to 03783gs to 00) under the name of the president of the Korea Development Bank who was forged as above, as if they were genuinely issued, she exercised it under the name of security for the existing obligation.
C. The Defendant, at around 16:00 on February 23, 2012, was forged under the name of the president of the Korea Development Bank, who is aware of the forgery in the lotia, located in the Gluri-dong, G, which is located in the Gluri-si.
