A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in the year and June of 1 year, due to a special injury, violation of the Narcotics Control Act (mariju), etc. in the Chuncheon District Court's original branch on October 13, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 21, 2017, and is still under the suspended sentence.

[2017 Highest 5339] On November 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at a home-based store located in Gangwon-do Won-si, Gangwon-do, the Defendant: (b) took one unit of “PS4 PS4 PP game machine; (c) one unit of “XBX game”; and (d) one unit of “XBX game” as a toilet; and (c) cut off the game product, such as a game machine owned by the victim E by means of removing the “debrised in preparation for theft”; and (d) inserting it into a vinyl shopping bag after placing it in a plastic bag; and (e) cutting down the market price of KRW 998,00,00, the market price of which the victim E owns.

In addition, the Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, stolen each of the goods, such as a game machine with a total market value of KRW 7,277,60,00 from November 11, 2017 to November 17, 2017.

[4] On November 12, 2017, the Defendant 11:30 on November 12, 2017, 2017, 201: (a) cresh in the second floor H store of G 2, GF located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) cresh in the market price of KRW 1,990,00,000 in an amount equivalent to 1,990,000 in the market price where the victim I was in the display room, and cresh in the other cresh in which the victim I’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) 1,764,000 in the market price and 1,764,000 in an amount of KRW 2.8,000 in an amount of KRW 1,770-20

In addition, it is stolen that the victim M and employees who managed the place at K2 K-2 L stores in Ansan-gu, 13:00 on the same day, which was located outside of the above store without being added and calculated in the house which had been held in advance, had 498,00 won of the market price, which was set up above the display site by using the time line between the customer reception stand, etc. and the victim M and the non-nameless employees who had been in charge of the place at the above-mentioned K2 L stores in Ansan-gu, 13:00 on the same day.
