A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving BMW automobiles;

On February 4, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at around 00:50, while driving the said car, the Defendant driven the front road of the Dju station located in Heung-gu C in the Heung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City according to the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the Chyeong-gu in the direction of Heung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of automobiles;

On February 4, 2018, the Defendant, as a holder of BMW car, operated the said car without mandatory insurance on the roads front of the Dju station located in Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Chungcheongnam-gu.
