A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 26, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the Road Traffic Act: (a) drive a 5-ton freight vehicle, a non-registered cargo vehicle, on May 13:50, 2013; (b) was negligent in the course of performing duties that does not keep the front door from the right edge distance toward the interest ethics distance, depending on two-lanes in front of the High Printing Museum located in Cheongcheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Cheongcheon-gu; (c) the victim C (ma, South, 32 years old); (d) driving DP car at the front intersection of the "Seoul High Printing Museum", while stopping in the atmosphere for signal signal at the front of the above cargo vehicle; (d) the victim C (ma), E (ma), F (F) and 34 years old; and (e) the victim’s 30-year-old injury to the victim’s 4 years old-old passenger vehicle; and (e) the victim’s 5 years old-old 36 years-old passenger vehicle.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance for violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act or for violating the Automobile Management Act shall be operated on the road, and no motor vehicle shall be operated unless it is registered in the register;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above date and place, operated the freight vehicle without mandatory insurance, without being registered in the automobile register.
