A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative director of the Company C (hereinafter “C”) established for the purpose of recycling business, waste disposal business, etc., is to share the Lithium cell recycling business in the name of Company E (hereinafter “E”) operated by D with D, using the technology of Company F (hereinafter “E”), which requires the amount of KRW 6.4 billion in total project cost. Of the above project cost, approximately KRW 5.2 billion in total project cost was loaned through the Korea Environment and Resources Corporation through the Korea Environment and Resources Corporation and KRW 1.2 billion in remainder was to be raised by the Defendant and D. On July 28, 2006, the Defendant was notified by the Korea Environment and Resources Corporation of the approval for the financing of the recycling industry promotion fund of KRW 4.439 billion in total (the revocation of the approval for the financing on July 27, 2007).

(E) The loan approval was notified on the same day of the loan approval for the loan of KRW 890 million among them, and the remainder of KRW 830 million was given up on November 16, 2006.
