1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39.3 million and the interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from January 20, 2006 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in the statement No. 1, it is recognized that the plaintiff set the amount of KRW 39.3 million on May 5, 2005 to the defendant B, who is the husband under the joint and several surety of the defendant C, at 30% per annum and on January 11, 2008.
B. Meanwhile, between June 17, 2005 and April 19, 2007, the Defendants paid the Plaintiff a sum of KRW 7.3 million as indicated in the following table by themselves.
