Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be 100.1 day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-car car.

On September 17, 2013, at around 07:45, the Defendant was driving on Cheongyang-gun National Highway No. 36, Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang Industrial Complex, Cheongyang-do, as Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-do.

It is a road where a yellow solid line is installed, and a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to not drive under the influence of alcohol.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the above duty of care and neglected his duty to drive the said vehicle while under the influence of 0.060% of blood alcohol level, and due to the negligence of driving the said vehicle beyond the central line, and due to the negligence of the victim D (W, 50 years old) who was under the influence of the said vehicle, received the two sides of the driver’s seat of the vehicle in the E Sc-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-P.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim D by negligence in the course of business to inflict injury on the fluorum salt in need of a medical treatment for about three weeks, and caused the victim F, who was on board the car in the fluoral area, to suffer from the injury of the fluoral salt that requires a medical treatment for about three weeks.

2. The Defendant was driving a ecoo vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.060% from the section of approximately 1.5 km from 276-17 meters to the place like the above paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, at the time of settling accounts in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, such as the foregoing paragraph (1) of the same Article.
