Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
(a) new aggregate buildings and land ownership change 1) C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”);
on June 20, 1995, the land of this case is 7,281 square meters (hereinafter referred to as "the land of this case") in Gyeongnam-gun, Namnam-gun on June 20, 199
(2) As to the land of E, E, 149 square meters and F, 533 square meters, each registration of ownership transfer is completed on June 9, 1998 with respect to the land of G large scale 74 square meters and H large scale 149 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) (hereinafter referred to as “the instant land”).
2) A) On the ground of the instant site, C newly constructed the I building (it is an aggregate building of the size of the 2nd floor and the 7th floor above the ground, hereinafter referred to as “the instant aggregate building”) and completed the registration of initial ownership on August 25, 1997.
3) On November 17, 1997, C established a right to a site for the instant aggregate building with respect to 3,537/7,281 shares of three parcels of land, the registration of ownership transfer of which was completed on June 20, 1995, among the instant site, but added two parcels of land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 9, 1998 and changed to 3,314/7,281 shares of the instant aggregate building to 3,967/7,281 shares (i.e., 1-3,314/7,281 shares) and 3,967/7,281 shares of the instant site, the remaining shares of which were sold to C in the name of C, and C, on May 31, 2006, 206, 206, 3,06.7, 2,06.7, 2,07, 2,281 shares of the instant aggregate (hereinafter referred to as 36.2, 36.2,2,27) shares of the instant No.
B. The public sale procedure for part of the instant land shares 1) ① The ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Cretaintainment, and 1,99.16/7,281 shares in the instant land (hereinafter “the First shares in the instant land”) among the instant land.
