A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. In June 2018, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs camblopon (hereinafter “cambopon”), 300,000 won around C located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and 1g of cambopon, from around 12:30,000 to hambopon.

2. Sale of philophones;

A. On July 6, 2018, at around 20:00, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from F, and sold 00,000,000,000,000 from F, to Dong-ro, who purchased a philopon 0.1g, which was low as a paper.

B. On September 13, 2018, around 20:15, the Defendant received KRW 30,000 from F in the vicinity of the G Building parking lot in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and sold 0.03g of philophones, which were low in paper, to that person.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On June 21, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.08gh of philopon from his house located in the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, one-time in a single-use injection instrument; (b) injected it with water; and (c) administered philopon in a way of injecting it into the spopon.

B. On July 21, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.08g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered philopon in a way of injecting it into the arms bloodline.

C. At around 21:00 on July 2018, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.08g of philopon from his house into a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution with water; and (c) administered philopon in a way of injecting it into the arms blood transfusion.

On October 22, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08 ghonon from his house to a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered honononon in a way of injecting it into the arms bloodline.

4. On October 24, 2018, the Defendant holding a philopon: (a) around 14:51 on October 24, 2018, in which he/she is placed in the receipt space of J L-Wedon vehicle that is parked on I road in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and keeps it in custody by inserting approximately 0.02 g of philopon, and on the same day.
