Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A, May 3, 2018, the Gwangju High Court sentenced Defendant A to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and decided on July 6, 2018.

② On May 24, 2018, the judgment was finalized on June 22, 2018, after being sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for the crime of violating the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act in the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on May 24, 2018.

B On May 3, 2018, the Gwangju High Court sentenced one year and six months of suspension of execution to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and decided on May 10, 2018.

C, E, and F on August 23, 2018, Defendant C was sentenced to the suspended sentence for 8 months of imprisonment; Defendant E was sentenced to the suspended sentence for 10 years of imprisonment; Defendant F was sentenced to 2 years of suspended sentence for 6 months of imprisonment; and Defendant F was sentenced to 2 years of suspended sentence for 6 months of imprisonment, and each of the above rulings became final and conclusive on August 31, 2018.

(hereinafter “V”) located in U in 2018 high 101, is a corporation established for manufacturing and selling ready-mixed concrete (hereinafter “ ready-mixed”), and for cement-related product processing and sales business, its affiliate companies are 13 companies related to ready-mixed (hereinafter “V affiliate companies”) such as Defendant Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Representative E”) and W W Mine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “W Gwangju”) located at the time of luminous, and Defendant A, the president, is fully managing and supervising all of the subsidiaries and V affiliate companies.
