On December 13, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by the Seoul Western District Court due to a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, etc. on December 13, 2012, and the execution of sentence is terminated on March 7, 2013, and is currently under trial on February 25, 2013.

Defendant

A, on April 2013, on the Internet, placed an advertisement on the purport that he/she purchases passbooks and cash cards on the Internet, purchased them, puts on the so-called Bophish criminal organization the advertisement of “personal passbook inserted in the deposit passbook” and puts on the advertisement of the Internet in order to raise profits by selling the deposit passbooks and cash cards, and suggests that Defendant B, who reported the advertisement to a policeman on April 2013, who made a request for solicitation of deposit passbooks and cash cards together with Defendant B, and Defendant B consented to Defendant A’s proposal.

On May 17, 2013, Defendant A, with the intention of purchasing a deposit passbook and a cash card from a person under whose name the company operates the Bosing criminal organization in China, left the country on May 17, 2013, and consulted with the relevant criminal organization on the purchase of the deposit passbook, and returned to Korea on May 19, 2013, and obtained the consent of Defendant C by suggesting that the solicitation of the deposit passbook was defective and offered.

C has consented to Defendant A’s proposal, and then, Defendant D, who was double, was able to commit a crime by drawing Defendant D to the purchase of a deposit passbook. On May 27, 2013, Defendant D and Defendant A and B met at the cafeteria located in the Seoul East Seoul Terminal, Seoul, with Defendant D in order to discuss the crime of purchasing a deposit passbook.

On May 27, 2013, the Defendants purchased a deposit passbook and a cash card, and sold them, and agreed to divide the profits.
