1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 18, 201, E (hereinafter referred to as “the Deceased”) was hospitalized in an enzymological care hospital located in the E-Sho-dong 914-4 (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant and received treatment on the part of the deceased on July 28, 2011. The deceased’s wife, Plaintiff B, C, and D are the deceased’s children.
B. Around 2008, the deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital. (1) Around 2008, the deceased was diagnosed with acute cardiopulmonary fluorial tymosis at the Seoul Baum Hospital affiliated with the Indones University (hereinafter “Seoul Baum Hospital”) and received a stude procedure wideing the bloodline.
(2) On May 5, 2011, the Deceased complained of urology and inserted urology at an Osan Korean Hospital, and removed urology after three days.
(3) On June 10, 201, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Suwon Central Hospital, and was diagnosed as an organ waste, telegraph decline, and was diagnosed as a result of blood examination. (4) On June 18, 201, Plaintiff B, as the guardian of the Deceased, made a written oath that “When there is a need for an institutional insertion and cardiopulmonary resuscitation for the purpose of maintaining life due to a critical situation of the patient, the Plaintiff B shall not be able to perform this procedure,” and delivered it to the Defendant Hospital.
C. Around 20:20 on June 18, 201, the treatment process of the Defendant Hospital against the Deceased was in the state of inserting the urology and misconduct at the time of being hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital.
