A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person working as an exclusive entrance who is conducting the opening and closing of the school entrance before or after attending the school at C middle school.

The Defendant, with the knowledge that even if the students’ body met and commit an indecent act, he was unable to resist or report the student’s body, had the victim D (14 years of age), victim E (13 years of age), and victim F (12 years of age) committed an indecent act.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On February 7, 2017, around 07:25, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by: (a) the victim D (at the age of 14) who was going in front of the main text of C middle school in G on February 7, 2017, in front of the victim’s left hand in the front of the defect; (b) the Defendant, in front of the victim’s left hand, has broken the victim’s left shoulder; and (c) the Defendant’s right upper part of the chest was used toward the lower part of the lower part.

On May 10, 2017, the Defendant reported that the Victim E (Woo, 13 years of age) waited for the night learning time in the Class A of the first-year class of the second floor of C middle school G located in G at the time of 17:30 on May 10, 2017, and that the Defendant was seated down on his/her strings, and that he/she was seated down on his/her strings.

A. The Defendant on May 15, 2017.
