1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

1. On December 14, 2012, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.193%, where it is difficult to drive normally the road prior to the spring fireworks at the Gu, Sinsi-si, Sin-si, Sinsi-si, and driven the said car to the erode distance from the surface of the citizen playground.

Since there is a central line, there is a duty of care to not exceed the central line.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim C and I, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of treatment for about 10 days from each of the above occupational negligence, and the victim G and E suffered from the injury of the fluoral salt, etc. requiring treatment for about 2 weeks.

2. The Defendant driven the said vehicle with the blood alcohol level of 0.193% under the influence of alcohol at the above date and at the above place.
