Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, Defendant B, and C, respectively, by a fine of one million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and C conspired with each other on June 12, 2016, and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force on the grounds that the victim F, the victim F, in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, did not restore the previous land leased from Defendant B to its original state, on the ground that the victim did not restore the land properly, the victim was unable to do so within the victim’s cafeteria site for about 10 minutes.

2. On June 12, 2016, Defendants A and B jointly committed the following crimes: (a) around 17:00, around 17:00, Defendant A and Defendant B told the victim F (59 tax) to the effect that “The Defendant A saw that he would go to the J’s dry field,” and tried to go to go to the hall; and (b) Defendant B used the victim’s arms and clothes with the victim’s hand, with the victim’s arms and clothes cut to the victim’s flab, and Defendant A assaulted the victim by having flabing the victim’s bat with the flas.

3. Defendant A

A. On May 23, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant insultd the victim’s patently insulting the victim by saying, “I change the morale-related fraud-related fraud, Nice, Nice, who would be the end,” while having a land-related dispute with the victim K due to the land boundary, and having reported L and M, etc. with the victim.

B. At the time and place mentioned in the above 3-A paragraph, the Defendant assaulted the victim on several occasions by pushing the victim's left shoulder with the Defendant's hand while she had a verbal dispute with the Defendant K (F, 54 years old) as above.
