A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:50 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant threatened the victim D (24 years of age) who had talked with a female-friendly woman in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern apartment 502 front of the entrance 502, with a misunderstanding that the Defendant left the Defendant’s home flickly, and the victim expressed that “I am flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick flick.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases, crime prevention and suppression.
